Wow, Lenny, thanks for all the information. I had no idea that suicide is now responsible for more deaths than car accidents. That's quite stunning.

Thanks so much for letting us know Lenny. You are such a supportive writer to the writing community.
ReplyDeleteAnd you always share such interesting (though these are sad) facts in your posts. You must spend lots of time on them.
Hope school & fall is going well for you. Hope you blog more often. I miss seeing your posts.
Hi, Lenny! I saw this auction on Sarah Fine's blog. I think it's a wonderful thing she and Justine are doing!
ReplyDeleteThat's awesome! Thanks for letting me know! :)
ReplyDeleteHey Lenny! Way to go on giving your support to this most worthy cause.
ReplyDeleteWow, those are shocking facts about suicide. It's really sad when someone takes their own life. It can make the people left behind wonder if they could have done something different and stopped the person from doing it.
ReplyDeleteI'm so excited for Sarah and Justine's books! They are both going to be awesome reads.
I'm going to advertise the auction and maybe buy something?
Those are some scary statistics - thanks for sharing them with us, Lenny, it's good to be aware of.
ReplyDeleteCongrats to Sarah and Justine!
Congrats to Sarah and Justine.
ReplyDeleteReally sad stats. There shouldn't be any reason that a young person should want to kill themselves but sadly there is. Thought-provoking post.
This is such a great cause (and of course I'm donating) - so cool to see you're supporting it too!
ReplyDeleteCongrats to Justin and Sarah on their books!
ReplyDeleteAnd they are just awesome. Suicide is such a sad thing. I will definitely be checking it out.
Hi Lenny - it was very Lucky Me that won Justine's book over on Sharon Mayhew's blog!! Sorreee - just need to buy a Kindle now.
ReplyDeleteGreat supporting friend you are ...
I have links with suicide .. and I've been on three train or underground journeys recently .. and three suicides occurred - it's desperately sad - such a good cause.
All the best .. Hilary
Wow, Lenny, thanks for doing this. You are a wonderful influencer for LIFE!
ReplyDeleteWith people like you shining the Light the darkness must flee!
God bless you and your awesome author friends!
Going to check this out now.
Oops, I meant Justine up above. I was typing a little quickly. But Psst, I tagged you. :)
ReplyDeleteYay! Congrats to Justin and Sarah! And what a great cause.
ReplyDeleteHi Lenny! I am a new follower, and your blog is pretty cool. It is amazing that someone kills him/herself every 45 seconds. Also very sad.
ReplyDeleteJasmyne:)
Hey Lenny! I am finally logged into my hacked blog. So that means I can visit you. I am doing this too. Our family knew a young guy who hung himself a month before his high school graduation. He was smart and very talented too. (He did a self portrait of himself that looked like a photograph.) Anyway, you're the coolest of the cool! *waves*
